Fayette State Park Ð Just twenty minutes south of the lodge, MichiganÕs favorite state park spotlights life in days gone by in the once-thriving community of Fayette Ð now a popular ghost town!

 

Big Spring Ð Raft across this forty-foot deep crystal clear spring with huge fish and a bubbling bottom.  Fifteen minutes from the lodge.

 

Hiking Ð Explore the interior of the Garden Peninsula on the Ôgrade road,Õ the former location of the Cooks to Fayette railroad. Access miles of state land just down the highway from the lodge.
